HYPOTHYROIDISM Vs HYPERTHYROIDISM

The thyroid gland  is suitated in the center of a neck which is in butterfly shaped in structure. It helps to functions the brain, heart, muscles and other organs. If there is any defect in thyroid gland that leads o underactive or overactive thyroid. It is either too high or slows way down. These two conditions are called Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism. 

The term "Hypothyroidism" describes the underactive thyroid that act as thyroid gland doesn't make enough hormones in our body. The cause of hypothyroidism is an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's disease.

Whereas the term "Hyperthyroidism" describes the overactive thyroid that act as a making of hormones in high level in our body. The cause of hyperthyroidism is called Grave's disease.
