The Andhra Mutton Mushroom Sukka is a spicy and delicious gravy. It takes just
15-30 minutes to cook it. The ingredients used are half kg of mutton, 500 gms of chopped tomato, 500 gms of sliced onions, 200gms of button mushroom, one and half cup of coconut paste, six tbsp of oil, two cloves, two cardamom, 5 cm of cinnamon, two blades of mace, two bay leaves, half tsp of fennel, one star anise, two tsp of ginger-garlic paste, four tsp of chili powder, two tsp of coriander powder, one tsp of cumin powder, half tsp of turmeric powder and salt to taste.
*PREPARATION METHOD:
Take a pressure pan and heat the oil. Add all the ingredients cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, mace, bay leaves, fennel and star anise. Then, put onions and fry till it turns into golden brown and add ginger-garlic paste. Next, a few seconds add tomato and cook it. Add all the masala powder and fry it for few seconds.
After that add the mutton pieces and fry it into turns brown and then add the button mushrooms, salt and one cup of hot water. Now, close the pressure cooker for 15 minutes to cook it. After caming 5 vissels leave it for ten minutes to cool and add coconut paste. Cook it till the masala gravy becomes thickness.
A spicy mutton mushroom sukka is ready to serve with chapathi or rice.
