LATEST RECIPE WITH BHOJPURI ALOO.

This delicious and traditional bhojpuri aloo also called as stuffed potatoes which is cooked in a microwave oven. It takes only 5 minutes to preparation and cooking. The ingredients used are two cooked potatoes, two cloves, one caradamom, one bayleaf, one-fourth inches of cinnamom piece, half tsp of caraway seeds i.e; shahjeera, one-fourth of ginger-garlic paste, one tbsp onion paste, one-fourth of turmeric powder, half tsp of chilli powder, two tbsp of curds, three tbsp milk, two tsp besan, a pinch of sugar, two tsp oil and salt to taste. Atlast for garnishing purpose add coriander leaves.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                 Take one half of the potato cutted into two pieces. Now mix the milk, curds and besan in a bowl. Take a microwave- proof bowl and add the oil, cloves, caradamom, bayleaf, cinnamon and caraway seed. Allow it to cook for one minute in microwave high. 

Next combine ginger-garlic paste, onion paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, and salt mix it well and cook it in oven high for one minute. Then, add the milk-curd mixture into the gravy and make another one minute to cook.

Take stuffed potatoes and insert the gravy into it. Cook it for  2 minutes high on oven. 

Atlast, serve bhojpuri Aloo with garnishing coriander leaves finally.
