Pasta dish is the very simple and easy receipe to prepare it. It is suitable for sudden guest in our home. We till now use veg in pasta or non-veg with pasta. But there is slightly changes occur in this new dish i.e; we mingle with veg and non-veg in pasta. Now, we see how to prepare it.
The ingrediants items used in this dish to prepare are one eggplant, one Zucchini, one carrot, a packet of fresh blue swimmer or crab, fresh parsley, three spoon of butter and garlic cloves.
*PREPARATION METHOD:
First boil the pasta and drained it. Then heat a pan with very low
degree and add a slice of butter till it melt. Add the pasta into a pan and for to give some color add chopped parsley and pepper for spice. Cut into their long slices take the eggplant. Heat a pan and add the vegetables in the oil cook till lightly brown comes. Adding all together, garnish with vegetables and top with some fresh blue swimmer crab, freshly chopped parsley and lemon. If there is need for spicy your choice of adding chilli flakes to taste.
