The fresh summer vegetable soup makes a simple and quick method of preparing. It is the best soup to hot summer. Its takes only 50 minutes to complete the soup. The ingrediants used in this soup consists of 5 types of vegetabels, 1 cup of water, salt, 2 tomatoes, cored and diced,1/4 orzo or similarly small pasta uncooked, 2 cups of cooked fresh shelling beans, 3 small summer squash, and 1 cup of pesto.

The method of preparation is first boil
vegetables in water for 10 minutes. Remove the unwanted water. Add the broth to taste with salt. Next, add all the green beans, Zucchini,or summer squash, and tomatoes. Then add all the boiled pasta and cook it for 10 minutes. Finally finish the Pesto recipe and serve the soup in hot summer.
