Tandoori Mushroom is a type of Tikka Kebab with tasty and
softness of Indian spices and tandoori masala. This dish is suitable for barbeque party. The preparation time taken is 10 miutes and cooking time is 8-10 minutes.
*INGREDIANTS:
One big onion cut into chunks, two tamotoes chopped without pulp, 200 gm of button mushrooms, 2 tbsp of ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder, 2 tbsp of tandoori masala, 2 cups of curd, two small capsicum cut into chunks, 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, fresh cilantro chopped, salt to taste, number of tooth picks.
*PREPARATION METHOD:
Clean the mushrooms with running water normally. chop the mushrooms in 1/2 pieces. Take a bowl and add the masalas and salt with button mushrooms and veggie mixed nicely. Deep all the veggie in the curd thoroughly. keep in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Then take a tooth picks and arrange
them by first insert the onion, tomato, then mushroom and piece of capsicum. Same method followed for all toothpicks remaining. Heat a non-stick tawa and add the olive oil or ordinary oil evenly. After finish heating add the receipe with toothpicks in the tawa. Maintain a distance of one toothpicks to other toothpicks. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes in a low flame. It will turn into golden brown color. add oil of it needed.
Now, a Tikka Kebab Tandoori Mushroom is ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
