SLEEP DISORDER RISK PROSTATE CAMCORIN MEN

University of Iceland conducted a study that sleep problems may cause risk in Prostate cancer in males. Lara G. Sigurdardottir, M.D said that sleep problems are common in modern life we know that women with sleep disruption risk in Breast cancer. But we know less that sleeping problem can cause Prostate cancer in males. 

The people who are working regularly night shift has a risk of Prostate cancer. Sigurdardottir and his team analysed the risk of prostate cancer due to sleep disruption. They examined 2,102 men with respective ages, and their genes and environmental  life style. 

Before the start of research took four conditions whether the persons takes sleeping capsules, difficulty in sleep, during night they wake up and difficulty in getting back sleep again , wake up early in the morning and going late night to sleep. 

From these conditions the researches found 8.7 % to have severe sleep problem and 5.7% having very high sleep problems. At the time research started no persons diagonised with Prostate cancer but  when the research continued for five years 6.4% had a risk of Prostate cancer. 

The scientist after studying the risk of Prostate cancer many of the persons get due to sever sleeping problems. And the persons who had no sleeping disruption has no chance of risk in Prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is a disease which affects the Prostate gland which is a part of men's reproductive system. It is around Urethra , the tube which carries urine out of our body. 

*SYMPTOMS:

  • Delayed or slow start of urine.
  • After urinating most often dribbling or leakage. 
  • Pain when urinating or unable to empty all the urine.
  • Blood in Urine or seman.
  • Bone pain in lower back and pelvic bones.
