People follow exercise to their body fitness by running, jogging and swimming. We can also exercise our eyes daily by simple methods following.
1) Close your eyes tightly for 3-5 seconds. Do this method again for 7 to 8 times.
2) Rub your hands together till it get warm and keep it on your closed eyes without applying pressure on your eyeballs.
3) Massage your eyes with circular movements for 1-2 minutes with your fingers.
4) Repeat five times to roll your eyes in counter clockwise direction.
5) Focusing Exercise:
Leave a six inches of gap from the window you sit over. Have a mark on the glass at your eye level. Watch the mark on the glass and focus some other things far away for 10-15 seconds, then again repeat focus on mark in the glass.
6) Focus in one object for few seconds and then go back to the distant object. Repeat this exercise five times daily.
7) Do side to side eye movements from left to right again and again for eight times per day.
8) Having a small breaks from near work and left out to the distance makes you to relax your eyes from high pressure.
9) Blink your eyes daily when you get free times.
10) Wash your eyes with cold water specifically when your eyes get tired into high pressure. Use branded makeup products to blow your eyes shine fully.
