In St.Bernard Parish, formally found that "brain-eating" Amoeba Naegleria Fowleri originates from water supply which leads to death of 4-years-old child who was infected with lethral diseases . It was caused when child playing on a slip n' slide.
According to Jimmy Guidry, Louisiana state health officer said that when drinking water we have to safe and parents protect their children when playing in water due to chlorinating their pools and stay away from getting water into their noses, which causes amoeba rare infection.
However, St.Bernard Parish President David Peralta said to WWL, that amoeba found in water tank and in the tiolet inside the home, fresh water such as lakes, streams and canals upto 115 degree Fahrenheit in temperature.
To reduce the risk of causing the amoeba through the nose follow
the steps:
1. Avoid of water entering into your nose when bathing, showering, swimming in small tub or pools.
2. Keep it clean a pools by scrubbing or emptying.
3. Keep your swimming pools clean by using pH and chlorine levels.
