Paneer Burfi is the latest north indian sweet which is made up of with Paneer half kg, milkmaid half can, sugar three tsp, a few strands of saffron, a pinch of cardamom powder, if we need ghee, add it for taste. This sweet contains the main dish of Paneer.
*PREPARATION METHOD:
Grill Paneer and keep aside. Then melt two tsp of ghee in a non-stick pan and add paneer. Allow it to fry till it turns golden brown. Now, add milkmaid, sugar, saffron, cardamom powder. Mix it nicely. Now, the mixture comes with thickening on that time transfer the mixture into separate plate and allow it cool for sometimes. Then cut it into square and serve it for neighbour, children.
