LATEST RECEIPE DONE BY KIDNEY BEANS CURRY.

Rajma curry (Kidney Beans curry) combine with rice is so delicious and tasty food which contains all nutritious and vitamins. It is popular in Punjab states. It takes only ten minutes to prepare it and 15 minutes to cook it. The ingredients used for Rajma curry are two cups of soaked and boiled kidney beans, two cups of chopped tomatoes, three tbsp oil, half cup grind onions, one tbsp garlic-ginger-green chilli paste, one tsp chilli powder and salt to taste.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                     Take a non-stick kadai and heat the oil. After heating it add the onions and fry it for 2 or 3 minutes. Now, add the ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, chilli powder and two tbsp of water. Mix it well and cook it for 1 or 2 minutes. Atlast add the rajma tomato pulp and salt combining cook it for again 2 to 3 minutes. Then, transfer into a seperate bowl and serve hot with combination of rice. 

It is suitable for all aged people to eat healthy and hygienic food.
