Chilli Chicken is the famous recipe in non-veg. Here, we see how
to do chilli chicken with slightly different in Italian style. It is quick and easy to make it. The ingredients used are four chicken breasts, one tbsp corn flour, two tbsp of soy sauce, one egg, one inch of ginger, four cloves garlic, three spring onions chopped, four green chillies sliced, two tsp chili sauce, one capsicum sliced with lengthwise, two tbsp vinegar, half tsp black pepper grounded, vegetable oil and salt.
*PREPARATION METHOD:
At first, wash the chicken pieces and keep it dry. Take a bowl, add cornflour, black pepper, salt, soy sauce and egg. Now, mix it nicely and then add the chicken pieces inside the mixture. Keep it for an hour.
Next, heat the oil and add the chicken one by one pieces. Allow it to cook for a few minutes til it turns golden brown. In a small bowl, add water, vinegar, cornstarch, chilli sauce and soy sauce combined. Then, for one minute saute garlic and ginger. Stir the chicken pieces heated thoroughly. Now, rouse the spring onions, capsicum and chillies to cook it for one minute.
A hot chilli chicken is ready to serve with noodles or fried rice.
