HEALTHY TURKEY-CRANBERRY BURGERS.

The Cranberry Burger is a healthy food which is favor for heart patients to have it for their diet. It is a delicious and  tasty burger to the people who have heart diseases. The recipe was famous in Turkey. It takes only 20 minutes to prepare and 12 minutes to cook over it. 

The ingredients used are half cup of carrot shredded, one-fourth cup of sliced green onions, two tbsp of dry bread crumbs, two tbsp of fat-free milk, one-fourth tsp of dried Italian seasoning, one-eight tsp of salt and black pepper, twelve ounces uncooked ground turkey breast or chicken breast, one cup mixed baby greens, four whole wheat buns which is been separate and toasted and half cup of cranberry sauce.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                              Take a bowl, mix as one as carrot, green onions, 
bread crumbs, milk , Halian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Then, add ground turkey. Now, figure the turkey mixture into four thick patties.

Next, positioned patties on a greased grill rack on medium flame. Keep it for 12 to 15 minutes in 165 degree F, till it cooked. Then, placed a mixed greens on bottom of buns and in top placed with grilled patties and cranberry sauce. 

Now, joint the two buns and serve with tomato sauce.
