Bone is the important part in the body. Its keep us providing structure, protecting organs, anchoring muscles and storing calcium. Bone is the one which keeps on changing, when there will be a new bone grown and old bone is broken down. In young, our bone grown faster and its size also increases.

After reaching age 30, people falls in bone pain and the bone are become weak after that period. We have to eat healthy foods, with full of calcium, vitamins, minerals, proteins. Some of the demerits of influence in bone healthy are:
1. Low Calcium in Diet:
                        We have to concentrate on our food which contains full of calcium. If there is less level of diet in calcium it leads to reduce bone thickness, faces of fractures in early ages.

2. Physical Activity:
                     People must do physical activity daily to keep your
body fit. If it is motionless causes of risk like Osteoporosis which becomes bone weak.

3. Tobacco and Alcohol Uses:
                  People who uses tobacco and more than two glass of alcoholic a day it leads to risk of Osteoporosis which suck up the bones calcium.

4. Hormone level: 
                  People affected with risk of high thyroid hormone they faces a bone losses. In women, during increases and absence of menopause causes Osteoporosis. In men, low testosterone level leads to bone loss.
