SUMMER SPECIAL ARTICLE FOR CHILDREN

 In  the earth atmosphere consists of four types of weather
Spring,Autumn,Winter,Summer. In this four seasons we just classified about Summer season. Summer is practically a hot and dry season of the every year. The month of April and May covers the Summer season. 

During this summer season temperature of the climate is very high-level. Because of this hot climate , there is absence of rainfall. The soils become dry and destroyed. There will be a demand for water of the streams, well, ponds,etc.So, agricultural people suffer much without ploughing the land.

Children are usually suffer in summer season. They easily cause damage of sunburn and heat strokes. Keep them in cooling places like under air-conditioner at home. Some of the ways to protect our child from summer are

* TIPS TO PREVENT CHILDREN FROM SUMMER :
1.  Avoid children playing in very hot palces, because it cause skin diseases like UVA, UVB, UVC rays that affects skin allergy, wrinkling, and melanoma.
2. Use the sun protection cream to protect children body.
3. Avoiding mosquitoes bites.
4. Avoiding burns fireworks.
5. Food products must be safety.
6. Use only cotton dresses to children.
7. Use best Talcum powder which suitable to your skin.
8. Having Umbrella is must to parents while going out with their child.
9.Bath daily twice in a day.
10.Swimming Carefully.
11.Plan a tour to hilly regions. 

During Summer season, people must drink atleast 8 glasses of
water each day at the day time. Have fluids like Coconut water, lime juice,fresh juices (water melon) and cooling fresh vegetables like cucumber, tomato, pumpkin,squashes,mango etc... 

Foods like Curd rice,butter milk,are essential to children and also to elders in summer season...
