TEXAS FERTILIZER EXPLOSION

A major  fire blast was held in fertilizer plant at Wacco near Texas, a town in north central portion of state at west fertilizer company.The blast rocked the ground with the force of 2.1 magnitude around 45 miles away.

On Wednesday 6 pm local time a fire accident happend. However, the volunteers and fire men take action to control the fire and rescue the people. But they faced the difficult to control the fire with the chemicals, such as ammonia used in production of fertilizers. 

At the local time 8 pm the fire accident become a serious explosive. It caused damage to nearby areas affecting 50 houses in and around. The middle- school was hardly damaged by the explosion.

In this accident about 15 men was dead and 160 more persons were injured and hospitalized.The main fire was controlled at 11 pm

local time and official said about 100 persons were injured and they were hospitalized in Hill Crest Baptist Medical Center in Wacco.Many people were injured by burns and affected with respiratory problems and minor injuries. 

Wacco police official William Patrick Swanton said from the first investigation, explosion was happened by a Rail-road Tanker carrying anhydrous ammonia gas used in making fertilizer.

The Texas Governor Rick Perry declared as state of emergency and call for National guard troops for assistence. The rescue troops still searching for the survivors in the blast.
