CHINESE DESSERTS USING COCONUTS RECEIPE

The coconut pancakes desserts are one of the simplest and easiest method to prepare it and it takes maximum 10 minutes to cook it. The ingrediants used for to prepare pancakes are half cup of cornflour, plain flour, 3/4 cup of milk, 2 tbsp of butter, salt to taste and the ingrediants used to prepare mixed fillings are 3/4 cup of fresh coconut, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 drop rose, 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and oil.

*PREPARATION METHOD:

                                      Mix all the plain flour, cornflour, milk and half cup of water well. Take a non-stick pan and add with butter. When the sides are peel off , turn the pancakes in and around for 30
seconds. Add the butter when and all required. Repeat for all pancakes remaining the same method and deep fry in hot oil till it turns into golden brown . Then keep asides on absorbent paper and serve it with tasty vanilla- ice cream to childrens, youngsters.
