The crispy fried fish is a delicious spicy sauce. It takes the preparation time of 15 minutes and cooking time of 30 minutes. It is simple and tasty dish to have the combination with rice, chappathi etc. The ingrediants used to prepare are one cleaned and washed fish, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. For preparing szechuan sauce use the materials ginger, four garlic cloves, minced. Green onion sliced thinly, two tsp of red chilli, half cup of chicken stock, half tsp of cornstarch, one tbsp of soy sauce, 1 1/2 tsp of chili- garlic sauce, one tbsp of hot sauce and one tsp of sugar.
*PREPARATION METHOD:
Take a pan and heat it for frying. Add vegetable oil. Pour lemon juice over the fish and rub till the smell left out in fish. Spread salt and black pepper. Now, fry the fish in the oil till it become brown and crispy on both sides and transfer to other plate and keep aside.
By using the same pan prepare the szechuan sauce . Discharge that
fish fried oil and pour the fresh olive oil and a tsp of sesame oil. Add ginger , garlic, onion, chilli flaks for a minutes fry it and then add a soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, hot sauce and suger to mix the contents. Then take a small bowl and mix the borth and cornstarch till it dissolves. Add into the pan to thicken the sauce. Make it to cook for a minutes and adding water for thinner sauce .Keep it by simmer for few minutes to become thicken. Now, a delicious fish szechuan sauce is ready to serve with hot and spicy taste.
