CLASSIC NEW YORK COOKIE

Black and White cookies is a new type of classic new york cookies. The ingrediants are used for the receipe is three-fourth cup of sugar, half cup of unsalted butter, 2 eggs, half cup of milk, 1/8 tsp of squeezed lemon juice,1/4 spoon of vanilla, 1/4 of cake flour, 1/2 tsp of baking powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1/4 of water, two cups of powdered sugar, two tsp of chocolate chips or ounce semisweet chocolate.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                             
                                            Prepare a oven with 340 degree F. Take
a bowl and mix the sugar and butter together. Add the eggs and stop it after each one to scrape. Then additionally add the milk, vanilla  and lemon juice. Nicely mix the materials one to all.

Take a cake flour,all purpose flour,baking powder and salt in a another bowl. Mix them together till it become smooth consistents.Then place a two cookies sheet with parchment paper which is in non-stick material. Use two ounce parchment paper and there is  a gap of 2 inch between each cookies.

Finally bake the cookiea till it become golden brown, about 18 minutes. Now, the cookies had been ready and allow it cool for some times. The cookies are now ready to serve for childerns to enjoy it.
