LATEST RECIEPE IN BHEL PURI USING NOODLES

We normally eat Bhel Puri, But here there is a different thought of
adding main contains of noodles with Bhel Puri. Bhel Puri is one of the timepass snacks have it in evening for tea break. We prepare the Bhel Puri noodles in our home wiht simple ingrediants . One pack of Maggi Noodles Masala, four tbsp of Maggic-oriental chilli Garlic sauce, two tbsp of Maggi Hot and Sweet Tomato Chilli sauce, half cup of peanuts raw, Papri (crushed) 50 g, Sev (40 g), one cup of puffed rice, 6-8 tbsp  of water, onion chopped one, potatoes boiled and chopped one, coriander leaves chopped, and salt to taste.

*PREPARATION METHOD:
                                          Take a thick bottom non-stick kadai and crush Maggi noodles and roast the noodle bits without any taste maker. Then roast peanuts in the same kadai and remove the skin.
Now, mix all together roasted noodles, peanuts, papri, sev and puffed rice. Within that mix Maggi noodle taste maker, with 6-8 tbsp of water, Maggi-oriental chilli garlic sauce and maggi Hot and sweet chilli tomato sauce. Before serving the reciepe add the chopped potatoes, onions and the sauce mixture with noodles and garnish with coriander leaves and remaining sev at the top of the reciepe.
