During winter season people feel sick and getting anti drugs. To avoid these illness we prevent ourself by taking some great tips to strengthen our body.

*Drink water:
                    In winter season, we must purify the water and drink it to avoid from such bacterium and disease.

*Have healthy diet:
                             Have a hygienic and healthy diet like fresh fruits, vegetables and organic meats.

*Exercise Regularly:
                               Exercise is one of the important follow duties in our day to day life. Spend just 15 minutes per day for exercise just take a short walk, jogging by enjoy the chillness weather.

*Get sleep every night:
                                    A person should take averagely 6-8 hours of sleep per night. If your sleep is not enough you feel tired and illness.

*Wash your hand regularly:
                                       Keep away from bacteria and viruses.Wash your hands and mouth regularly. Its safe to protect our body from such antivirus disease.

*Despite your best efforts:

  • Avoid of all diary products.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Away from grains like bread, rice,pasta etc.
  • Eat less food.


*Avoid Smoking:
                        Smoking is injuries to health. If you feel tired, have
some healthy food to boost your body. Avoid smoking of the time you feel ill.
