Metabolism is the way that chemical processes in your body cause
food to be used in an efficient way. It helps to burn calories in your body. Some of the people have a faster metabolism. While compared to overweight people have a slow metabolism. A faster metabolism helps you to lose weight. Here are the some ways you have to follow to increase metabolism in your body.
1)Exercise twice a day:
Exercise in morning and short walk after dinner results you to burn calories in your body.
2) Drink ice water:
Water is the important thing to body that gives the 90% of chemical and burns calories. While drink cold water your body temperature is normal. So, drink eight glasses of water per day compulsorly.
3) Take right food:
Don't avoid meals instead of being weight loss.
Avoiding meals due to lower metabolism rate leads to fat accumulation and weight gain.
4) Take meals in time:
If you eat meal the metabolism rate will increase for about four hours and then it become slows down. High metabolism also gives results to lose weight without maintain a diet. So, take your meals within four hours of exercise.
