RELAXING THROUGH YOGA

Every person need a relaxation in this busiest world. The best way for getting relaxation was yoga. Yoga meditation prefers different types of yoga process that gets a relaxation for the body and mind.

*Makarasana or crocodile pose:
                                     The word "Makara" refers to crocodile and "asana" refers to pose. It is initialized to be excellent relaxation yoga asana.

Ways of doing Makarasana Yoga:
                                  First lie down flat on the stomach, loose your lower torso, then bend the hands at the elbow and place the palms below the cheeks. Raise your shoulder and neck keep it in position properly. Close your eyes and breathe normally.
This Yogasana brings you relaxation to the body and mind. Helps to reduce blood pressure, proper digestion, and helps in asthma etc.

*Jyeshtikasana or Superior Pose:
                             It is also one of Yoga for relaxation. The method
of following this yoga, first lie down flat on the stomach with two legs straight position. Keep your forehead on ground. Place the hands forward and interlock the fingers and bend your elbows and place the hands above your neck. Breathe normally.
The advantages of this type asana are it relieve back pain, stiff neck, cervical problems etc.

*Matsyakridasana or Flapping Fish Pose:
                              The word "Matsya kridasana" refers to "Flapping Fish Pose". It gives relaxation to your body and mind.

Method to follow:
          Lie towards on stomach. Bend the elbows and fingers locked on your cheek. Now, again bend the right knee to close to the ribs to touch the right elbow close your eyes and breathe yourself for relaxation.

The merits of doing Matsya kridasana are important in digestion and helps in sciatica, relax back pain and decrease fat.
