TALIBAN BOMB ATTACK IN PAKISTAN POLITICAL RALLY

On Monday May 6 2013,  in Pakistan during a political rally a Taliban bomb attack held killing atleast 20 and 45 were injured. For the upcoming General Election to be held next Saturday May 11 2013. 

A bomb attack occured in Kurram tribal region along the border of Afghanistan many of tribal people gathered at Madrasa to hear the speech of former Parliament member Munir Khan Orakzai. The bomb exploded after the speech of Munir Khan but he was not injured. 

The people who attend the meeting was injured in the bomb blast.
Munir Khan Orakzai was the candidate of Religious Party Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam has a close link with Taliban. Taliban claims responsibility for bomb blast and said that Munir Khan was targeted  because he had betrayed with Arab Jihadists who had arrested by Pakistan Army and handed over to American Custody. 

One of the government officials says that during the Taliban attack in the Election Campiagn began from April 11 2013, the death toll of the people was crossed 80. In this General Election the main challenge is between the Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sheriff and cricketer Imran Khan. 

Nawaz Sheriff says in an interview to Reuters the military attacks in Taliban could not solve the problem.
