In day to day life people are mostly eating junk foods in their busy time. By eating junk foods it results to obesity and increasing cholesterol levels. People having high cholesterol can able to control the cholesterol by following some basic rules.
1) Diet:
The food what you eat may leads to effect on the cholesterol levels in your body. Some foods themselves contains cholesterol are known as dietary cholesterol like kidneys, eggs and prawns. It is sufficient to lower your saturated fats in order to reduce your cholesterol levels.
2) Exercise Daily:
Most of the studies resulted that exercise three times a week may decrease your cholesterol level easily. Exercise like longwalks, cycling, running, dancing are the most important thing you follow it.
3) Drink Water:
Drinking eight glasses of water per day is the important source of maintaining your body with filter and reduces fats. If doesn't drink enough amount of water a day it affects our kidney to not function properly. If we drink more it leads to function endrocine gland properly which helps in balancing electrolysts in our body, minerals like sodium, chloride and potassium which functions the body temperature and control blood pressure.
4) Don't Smoke:
Smoking is injuries to health all we know. It does not
increase only the low density lipo proteins. It damages also arteries. Carbon monoxide from cigratte smoke causes blood cholesterol level increases. So, avoid of smoking it spoils our health and carrier.
